HumanConcepts Launches Workforce Monitor™

Analytical reporting dashboard delivers actionable organizational insight

Workforce Monitor is an intuitive, analytical reporting dashboard that empowers executives and HR managers to make informed decisions by providing visual insight into the organization.

Workforce Monitor enables organizations to proactively answer questions around current organizational health and structural issues. For example, a user could view headcount at a macro level then proceed to analyze headcount by department to identify areas where the organization is out of alignment or at risk. Headcount across departments, by race, by salary ranges, or by virtually any other dimension or set of dimensions can be visualized, analyzed and acted upon.
