Kaleida Health Selects OrgPlus Enterprise to Provide Workforce Insight and Decision Support

In response to the New York State Berger Commissio's recommendations, Kaleida Health is closing a hospital and opening a global health vascular institute. To reassign employees to optimal roles in the new organization, Kaleida Health needed rapid and complete access to HR information. The manually created org chart with over 10,000 employees fell short. OrgPlus Enterprise will enable Kaleida Health to visualize HR information from the organization's Lawson S3 HRM system and easily produce current org charts containing all of the information needed for decision making.
